Last year was a big year for Milton Ruben, as we honed in even more on ways to take our customer experience to the next level. We have always aspired to 100% customer satisfaction, and take every step of the car-buying experience very seriously to ensure our customers are getting what they need at a price they want. This past year, we were so graciously swept off of our feet by our amazing and loyal customers when they granted us the reviews to qualify for THREE nationally-acclaimed customer satisfaction awards!
We are so humbled to accept Edmund’s Five Star Dealer of the Year Award on behalf of Milton Ruben Chevrolet and Milton Ruben Toyota, as well as Dealer Rater’s Customer Satisfaction Award on behalf of Milton Ruben Toyota!
Edmund’s Five Star Dealer of the Year Award has only been granted to two dealerships in the CSRA – Milton Ruben Chevrolet and Milton Ruben Toyota – for having near perfect ratings by customers over the past year.
Dealer Rater’s Consumer Satisfaction Award and Dealer of the Year Award is granted to Milton Ruben Toyota for having an average of 4 stars or higher in all reviews over the past 12 months.
Sometimes we can’t believe how lucky we are to be a part of this incredible community and be able to serve the wonderful citizens that call the CSRA home. We thank all of you for giving your time and effort to review us and help us achieve this amazing success!
