Toyota Product Specialist
The Product Specialist will build relationships with customers while discovering their needs and concerns. Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a team focused environment to ensure the ongoing growth of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Fact finding and information gathering
- Demonstrate mastery of product knowledge and specs
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features to customer, to include test driving
- Other reasonable duties as may be requested
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years customer service and/or sales experience in a high volume industry
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- General knowledge of the automotive industry
- Customer focused
- Energetic
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work evenings until 8:00 PM
- Ability to work some Saturdays as business needs dictate
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must 21+ for insurance purposes
