Award-winning television and film actor Gary Sinise will be visiting the Active Duty Rehabilitation Unit at the Charlie Norwood VAMC and the soldiers in Fort Gordon’s Warrior Transition Battalion on April 21. Mr. Sinise is well known for his role as Lt. Dan in Forest Gump as well as his television role in CSI: NY.
After visiting with the soldiers, he will attend the 319th Transportation Company Vietnam Veterans’ Second Annual Wounded Warrior Dinner. Proceeds from the event will go to help build permanent housing for wounded warriors who choose to call Augusta home. Milton Ruben Superstore is honored to be a sponsor.
