AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR/SERVICE WRITER
Milton Ruben Chevrolet in Augusta, GA has an immediate employment opportunity for an AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR/SERVICE WRITER with at least two years of experience. Qualified candidates must have a proven track record of excellent customer service, strive to exceed expectations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties (not limited to):
– Greeting customers promptly and listening to their service requests
– Clearly communicating repair orders and answering questions
– Estimating costs and time needed for repairs
– Respecting customers’ time and schedule
– Handling complaints and achieving positive outcomes
– Periodically updating the customer about the progress of their repairs – Getting approval before additional repairs
Requirements:
- – Must have experience in automotive service
- – GM/Chevrolet experience a plus
- – Must have strong CSI focus
- – Must have strong sales skills
- – Professional appearance and communication style
- – Integrity, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic
